Types of Massage:

Swedish - Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.

Deep Tissue - Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish but the pressure will generally be more intense as we concentrate on areas of pain and tension.

Trigger Point - Specially designed to alleviate pain with isolated pressure.  A significant decrease in pain is often found after just one treatment.

Hot Stone -  Hot Stone massage is a relaxing, stress reducing, massage technique using smooth heated stones applied with pressure in long strokes or placed on key points of the body.
